After positive legal verification, we select some of the best Chinese suppliers according to our criteria. Then we visit their factories in China. It allows us to fully assess whether we’ve chosen the right supplier. We set the details of the contract and personally check the certificates. Then we confirm the quality of the goods from China, the price and delivery conditions of the container to the country of destination. You get all the material from us, such as photos of goods and films from the factories we visited.
Then, if possible, we send you samples of Chinese goods or detailed photographic material and videos in high definition. We send photos of goods in situations when it is impossible to send a sample, for example due to the size or nature of the product.
When everything is okay, you sign a contract with us and make an advance payment. It’s usually 30% of the value of the goods, but sometimes the amount of the advance is determined individually with the producer. Then it’s usually from 10% to 50% of the value of the imported goods.
After receiving the advance payment we watch over the production process. After the production is finished, we check the manufactured goods again. When the goods from China pass both quality checks positively, we send you samples of goods. If this is impossible due to the nature of the products – you’ll receive detailed product images and high definition videos from us.
When the quality of the goods satisfies you, you approve it and pay the rest of the amount. After accepting the final samples, we organize container transport from China to the destination port by air or sea. We are present when loading the container. During this time, we make a final inspection of the goods.
Then, in the unloading port, we clear customs from China.We settle with you the costs of our service and transport. After receiving the payment, we deliver the goods to your warehouse.
